Belinda MJ Brown is an ICF professional certified coach (PCC). She facilitates alignment conversations with women leaders and diverse executives so they can BE who they are wherever they are. She was born and raised in Paris, France and moved to the United States in her early 30's. Her multicultural background and her experience as a leader for 15 years in male dominated industries helped her to understand herself. She overcame most of the challenges experienced by women in global corporations ( e.g Renault, Carrefour and Brambles...) and worked several years to identify what made her become effortlessly successful as a woman leader. in 2011, she founded Equanimity Executive, a global coaching and training firm. She designed customized coaching programs to assist women and individuals coming from a diverse background. Those programs provide to her clients the tools to own and use their differences as as strengths instead of weaknesses.
